Preaching zakat to muzakki requires understanding the preferences of in distributing zakat. This study aims formulate digital era. The literature review 11 scientific articles was analyzed with Philip Kotler's consumer behavior theory. Based on review, it can be formulated tendency muzakki's zakat: directly mustahik, mosque amil, LAZ fundraising applications, and digitization. encouragement conventional distribution is influenced by cultural, social, psychological, personal factors. Meanwhile, digital-based Zakat managers need provide payment channels. Muzakki, support a ecosystem, optimized for who are not yet supported optimize methods.
